Core Commitment

We do not log, store, or use your message content for training.

Prompts you send through Chuizi.AI and model responses you receive are not persisted to any of our storage systems. We do not use your data for model training, analytics, or any other purpose.

Data We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect:

• Email address: Used for login and account notifications
• Name: Used for account display (optional)
• OAuth association: GitHub, Google, or WeChat account identifiers

Usage Metadata

After each API request, we record:

• Requested model, provider, and timestamp
• Token counts (input, output, cached, reasoning)
• Cost and response latency
• HTTP status code and error type

Payment Information

• Credit card and payment details are processed by Stripe. Chuizi.AI does not directly store your card numbers.
• We record transaction amounts, times, and types for billing management.
