Chuizi.AI does not use your API request content for model training. The full legal text is available at chuizi.ai/privacy.
Core Commitments
- We do not intentionally persist full prompts or model outputs as product content storage.
- API keys are stored as hashes; the full key is shown only once at creation.
- Payment card details are processed by Stripe. Chuizi.AI does not directly store card numbers.

Upstream Processing
Request content is sent to the authorized upstream service selected for inference. Upstream providers have their own data processing policies. Contact sales for enterprise data residency or dedicated processing requirements.
Cookies
We use login session, language preference, and necessary security cookies. We also use Google Analytics and X Pixel for aggregate analytics, ad attribution, and conversion measurement. We do not send API request content, API keys, or raw email addresses to advertising pixels.
Your Rights
You may request access, export, correction, or deletion of account data. Contact privacy@chuizi.ai.
