Top-up & Payment
Chuizi.AI uses prepaid credits: top up first, then requests deduct from your account balance. The account ledger is denominated in USD.
Where to Top Up
After signing in, go to:
app.chuizi.ai → Wallet / Billing → Top up
Amounts

Payment Methods
Chuizi.AI processes top-ups through Stripe Checkout. Available methods are shown dynamically based on region, device, currency, and Stripe risk controls. Common options include:
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other supported cards.
- Digital wallets and local methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, and similar methods where Stripe shows them.
- Alipay: available when Stripe Checkout presents Alipay.
- Crypto: if Crypto appears in Stripe Checkout, you can pay through Stripe-supported crypto payment rails.
The final available methods are the ones shown on the checkout page. Successful top-ups are credited to your Chuizi.AI balance in USD.
Top-up Bonus
If a top-up bonus campaign is shown in the console, it applies only to new successful top-up orders after the campaign is active. Bonus rate, cap, and expiration follow the rule shown before checkout.
Settlement and Failed Orders
Successful payments update balance automatically and appear in transaction history as top-up, bonus, or failure records. Failed payments do not add balance.
Refunds
For unused-balance refunds, contact support@chuizi.ai. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and timing depends on the payment provider.
